Scope of this policy:
This policy applies to payments made to Healing Hounds Haven Ltd via any methods we accept, including one-off payments and recurring payment schedules (where applicable).
One-off payments (non-refundable):
All one-off payments cannot be refunded.
This includes one-time donations or any single payment made as a one-off transaction.
Cooling-off period (for payment schedules only)
If you have set up a payment schedule (e.g., a plan with instalments), you can cancel within 28 days of receiving any relevant documents or confirmation for a full refund, provided that:
- you haven’t used any services (where applicable), and
- no benefits tied to the plan have been delivered or started.
After 28 days (for payment schedules only):
After the 28-day period, you may still cancel your payment schedule at any time by giving 30 days’ notice. Where appropriate, we will:
- refund you pro-rata for any unused portion of the plan, and
- if you have already used services or received plan benefits, we may deduct a reasonable amount to cover what has already been provided.
If we cancel your payment schedule:
We may cancel a payment schedule by giving 14 days’ notice. If we do, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the plan, where applicable.
Direct Debit recurring payments:
If you have set up a Direct Debit for recurring payments, you can cancel the Direct Debit by contacting us (we will help you cancel it and confirm when payments will stop).

Refund process and timing:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of confirming your cancellation/refund approval.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our website will be the current version.
